1. Download maplestory.exe (With files and all)

2. Download the Private Server Game client

3. Put the Private server game client in the folder which maplestory is in (with all the files)

4. Start game!

i would say no becuz regular is like internet friends and meeting other ppl its basicly whats maplestory is about, private server just gets boring becuz theirs no1 to chat with its like 1 day fun and then u go back to regular but i recommend that you should not play private server, it ruins the game actually ^_^ ;)
