I am not as big of a halo fan as a lot of people i know, but i grew up with the games. I don't know why Hollywood can't see that this would be such a perfect candidate for a summer blockbuster.

I think it would be awesome if there was a movie studio that dedicated itself to doing all game based movies - and doing them right, not warping the plot and changing all of the key elements because they think it would look cool.

Oh god, no. Michael Bay is way too over rated, and he could never come up with a good story line, and the whole movie would be filled pretty much of only explosions, an Steven Spielberg is going to create a crappy story, like all of his newer work. If anybody, Niel Blomkamp should get back into the directors seat, he was originally supposed to create the Halo movie, but ended up getting distracted with District 9, which was by far one of the best Sci Fi movies I've ever seen.
