My understanding is when the Evans company went out of business, they sold their tooling, and patents for the maniquin bowler to the Williams Co. I have the Williams ten Strike 7 ft. version, ( made 1957), which is pretty rare. We love it, and play it all the time.
Nice machine I've played one like that but it was slightly different...
