@meglolalot That's a scene from one of the comic books. I own that one. In it, Gambit and Rogue are attacked by Juggernaut at the end of it and Gambit sacrifices himself to save Rogue and blows up a large building. With his last breath, Remy ask Rogue for one last kiss. She kisses him and is permanently stuck with his eyes.

God how I love this couple!

I hate the fact that in all the latest animations of x-men and in the movies as well.. Roque only has the absorbtion power that she can't control..

I always thought she was so badass with her superhuman strength and ability to fly as an addition..

It also made her have more depth considering how she got those powers..

@AniGirlDee I agree with you and they have basically taken her southern accent away. As for Gambit I hate that they are making him more and more of a bad guy with the exception of x-men origins: wolverine.

x-men origins just nailed gambit's character right on.. But they ruined it by given him the minimun amount of time in the movie wich made it all useless..

Sigh.. They should just make an animated series that is consistend of the storyline in the comics.. I mean. Kids today don't really know how the comics go anyway.. So an animated series with an awesome comic style would kindof make it known again.. Plus.. I'd watch it!! ..

@AniGirlDee Omg yes I loved Taylor Kitsch as Gambit he was hot and had the cajun accent if you pay close attention. I like that he was young like Rogue but alas origins took place way before the first x-men movie...Yeah they should make an animated series that is just like the comic books I would definetely watch it. And Rogue should have her signature look instead of all the alterations made to her.
