This video is meant to show off the new character voice acting that was featured in Sonic Free Riders and Sonic Colors. These voice clips are from Colors.

Omega is indeed voiced by Vic. He just has a voice mask. If you check the Sonic Colors credits, you'll see Vic Mignogna in the credits. Narrow down the roles of every character and every other voice actor and you'll find out for sure. I'll admit that I wish Vic had a bigger main role but at least we got him.

I actually really like Rouge's new voice actress. They took the acting talent of Lani Minella and the sex appeal (minus the drunk voice) of Caren Manuel and pretty much put them in a blender to make this beauty of a voice.
