Me and my boyfriend are muslims and openly gay.We think muslims should be more tolerant of lesbians & gays,We are married but was not allowed do get married in are local mosque in Luton.The Iman of the mosque did bless are marriage so it wasn't the worst.We have now adopted a Iraqui orphan and will bring him up a good muslim who understands gays as there are lots of gay muslims we know.inshallah

A part in the Qu'ran where The Prophet has a woman stoned to death for adultery, which is despicable punishment, either The Prophet had bad judgement, which means he was chosen wrongly (if a god knows all they wouldn't choose wrongly) or he was acting under orders from Allah, making that decision wrong on a god level.
Anyone who gives such a punishment for that should be killed themselves.
I don't know if there are gods or not, but I don't think it's above me to question their decisions.

I don't like adultery, but it should cause people to break up a relationship, anyone who puts anyone to death because of it is committing a far worse crime and should be killed in exactly the same way. If 5 people kill someone by stoning them to death on adultery, because adultery isn't bad enough to warrant death, those who stoned them should be stoned to death themselves. The old and new testament messages have different content. When Adam and eve sinned, the relationship between man and God was lost. So God had a plan to send a part of him to the world inorder to restore these lost people. God did that because he is just and can't let go of sin unpunished. I still deny any deity the right to judge me on what I do which is sinning. To be fair anyone who does anything because it's a sin still fails at morality. I don't choose to be good because I want to avoid punishment, I choose to be good cause it's the right thing to do. Any other reason is morally questionable.

If there is a God, then he should beg us to forgive him for letting the world get how it is, and then he'll be worthy of giving us a saviour. No true God would allow the actions the religious commit, and having the power of a God makes nobody above reproach, perhaps beyond punishment, but never beyond guilt. it is not necessary to kill anyone to enter heaven. these so called imams to preach suicide bombings are corrupt and are paid to do what they do so they can make people fear the religion.They are paid by the very same people who are using this to their advantage and stealing the resources from these Muslim countries,without the public evening blinking an eyelid. Islam is a peaceful but there is always corruption in every religion,but the media only covers the corruption.This is my opinion.
