Hey thanks for the upload. Ive been try to see how US cavers rope walk just out of interest. I can see how its very useful in your bell shaped pits, but alas not that useful in the majority of european caves. Its does look pretty quick on the ascending tho. Cheers A

Nice idea. I'm definately gonna use this system for practicing SRT and Footlocking into trees. Just gotta find a spot as picturesque as that one!

Might be an idea to whack a prussik on above the Rack (or use a Gri-Gri or similar) to act as a fail safe in case something happens to your belayer. (Also your gate is against the tree.)

Nice vid tho', now I can knacker myself out anywhere!
