vegan diet with a raw egg yolk when i need one, maybe daily, maybe weekly. i used to do vegan plus a oz or two of milk twice a week but the egg for me is much better for my health , power ,strength n hormones.

We don't even know anything about Solomon...But every time I read his books, I can't believe in this wisdom! I really don't care who wrote them. I find it best to eat small amounts, 5-6 times a day. Avocados and coconut seem to reduce the need for milk. Daily dosing of cayenne pepper keeps arteries clean and reduces cholesterol -as does lemon juice.
A great alternative to animal fat/milk/meat is COCONUT fat/milk/meat and seeds like hemp. Save the animals from our abuse and torture... can you imagine a goat or a cow catching a human and forcing it to give it's milk to feed itself and it's kid? Drinking and eating other animals just isn't necessary; nor is it very nice. But that's just my opinion! Peace & Love

I think you're a good person, but I don't agree with what you're saying. Animal products are addictions and when you change over to goat milk you're jumping back on the bandwagon. Do you see human women feeding breast milk to baby goats? So why suck the mother goats tits? You're just stealing the baby's milk. There are plenty of vegan fats and proteins. Also there isn't any rule about eating 3 meals a day. It's better to eat 6 meals a day so your body can break down the nutrients better.

@terrillcase I not only listen to "vegan propoganda", as you put it, but I've personally also experienced MUCH better results, health wise, when I'm eating a vegan diet than when I'm eating a "balanced diet", as you've put it, of meat, dairy, fruits and vegetables...Dairy makes me sick, so I don't touch it, unless it's organic...I no longer eat red meat or pork...I still eat chicken, eggs, fish and lamb, but, for the most part, I eat a mixture of vegan and raw foods...I'm convinced it's better!!
I did the carnivore based diet like you said, and I had a hard time staying awake and concentrating when I went to school, and plus the meat kept me from breathing fully. I was just really sleepy all the time....

Many vegetarians have heart disease later on in life because they don't eat the correct carbs. They eat tofu, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, chocholate, soda, flax seeds, granola bars, protein powders.
Plus the combination of dairy, eggs, and wheat is a wonderful way to slowly screw up all your systems.
Diabetes and heart disease are mostly caused from PROCESSED sugar, not natural fruit and vegetable sugars.

I don't understand everyone's obsession with asking old people, especially just one, how they lived that long. It's just one person! Honestly, the only thing consistant amongst those of old age is low insulin levels, from LOW drug use. It doesn't matter so much what drugs you do (Centarians have been known to use cigarettes, smoking, eat meat, some vegans, etc) it is restriction. Show me a supercentarian that eats 2000+ calories daily and I'll show you a 4 legged monkey. Drugs, food included, are oxidatively stressful and contribute to aging, restriction is the only way to minimize the rate of aging.

I eat pizza once in a while drink beer on the weekends......I have consistantly worked out since I was about 8 years old..I don't know for certain but, I think that is the reason I still look so young.Im 35 and havent aged 1 day since 20. My sister and brother have but I tend to look the same... I think Its mostly genetics mixed with excercise. I don't think one simple thing like eating fuckin nuts or fruits is going to make you live to 100+. In the end your still dead.

Parl, I think part of the reason why many vegans may have sensation of not being full and over eating is, IMHO, from the the biochemical effect of Fructose. It is a chemical in fruit and some vegetables that disrupts the leptin signaling system to turn off hunger. see the video lecture "Suger Dangers" by Dr. Richard Johnson or "Sugar The Bitter Truth" by Dr. Lustig, or "Children of The Corn Syrup" by Dr. Ponder.

The agricultural revolution began in the mid-eastern region around 8000b.c. and was throughout much of Europe by 5000 to 4000BC. Extinction is laughable regarding dietary practices, - we're far from it in that direction. Fruits and vegetable are not good for everyone all the time. The basic standards work best.

i would imagine that you wouldn't want to eat goat milk very much. Does the goat milk contain casein proteins? if so, those are the ones that Dr. Campbell warns us not to consume because they feed cancerous growths (china study). Should we be concerned with this? i cant find any real nutritional properties on goats milk

What would you suggest if someone can't get raw milk, cheese or cream? What is your veiw of organic eggs? I think it would be fun to try some raw fish if I was ever on a trip and someone caught it in a clean lake or if I myself caught it, but it is a little unrealistic to think about after being a vegetarian for a year...
Some people seem to do fine with raw eggs. others don't do too well. My suggestion to be open to trying it and see how ou feel and decide if they are good for you or not

Paul, raw cholesterol can NOT push your cholesterol levels up. This can only happen with oxidized cholesterol, since your body does not have receptors for raw cholesterol, only oxidized cholesterol. I often include raw eggs in my raw smoothies and the omega 3's and raw cholesterol makes me feel satisfied.

If you have to much fat in the blood stream, insulin stops working effectively. That is why people think high fruit is bad. The problem is fixed once you lower your fat intake.
Fruit is the easiest of all food groups to digest. You could eat tons of fruit and it'll digest right away. But any high fat foods, such as almonds, olive oil, or goats milk, will take at least 5 hours to digest. Probably longer.

@XES119 Well thus far fish and birds have done my body good. They only make up 1/3 of my food portioning per given meal. It is sort of like to each his own when it comes to dieting. To an extent of course. I have seen cases of bad fortune when people eat a lot of meat or no meat. But in my case, I seem to be doing rather well sticking to poultry and fresh water fish.

That means not only do you have to eat more food if you are vegan to amount to a certain caloric intake, you also have to eat more raw branch chain amino acid sources. I find it best to eat small amounts, 5-6 times a day. Avocados and coconut seem to reduce the need for milk. Daily dosing of cayenne pepper keeps arteries clean and reduces cholesterol -as does lemon juice.

A great alternative to animal fat/milk/meat is COCONUT fat/milk/meat and seeds like hemp. Save the animals from our abuse and torture... can you imagine a goat or a cow catching a human and forcing it to give it's milk to feed itself and it's kid? I think you're a good person, but I don't agree with what you're saying. Animal products are addictions and when you change over to goat milk you're jumping back on the bandwagon. People don't realize that a lot of diseases emanate from the foods we eat, foods like dead meat and dairy products...We need to eat raw as much as we can...Our fruits and veggies don't need to be cooked, because they're ready to eat because they've already been cooked by the sun...I eat cooked vegan food and raw foods and nuts, grains and seeds...My favourite raw food is fruit...Eating organic is a wise choice to make...Is it ok to drink organic cow's milk?...I'm not sure...I'd love to know.

@terrillcase I not only listen to "vegan propoganda", as you put it, but I've personally also experienced MUCH better results, health wise, when I'm eating a vegan diet than when I'm eating a "balanced diet", as you've put it, of meat, dairy, fruits and vegetables...Dairy makes me sick, so I don't touch it, unless it's organic...I no longer eat red meat or pork...I still eat chicken, eggs, fish and lamb, but, for the most part, I eat a mixture of vegan and raw foods...I'm convinced it's better!!

Many vegetarians have heart disease later on in life because they don't eat the correct carbs. They eat tofu, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, chocholate, soda, flax seeds, granola bars, protein powders.
Plus the combination of dairy, eggs, and wheat is a wonderful way to slowly screw up all your systems.
Diabetes and heart disease are mostly caused from PROCESSED sugar, not natural fruit and vegetable sugars.

Eating is the single biggest cause of aging, why do you think caloric restriction has been the only proven factor in terms of longevity? The organisms that live the longest eat the least. Some centarians smoke, others drink, some are vegan, most are not, it is not about the content, it is about the amount and restricting it. Honestly, the only thing consistant amongst those of old age is low insulin levels, from LOW drug use. It doesn't matter so much what drugs you do (Centarians have been known to use cigarettes, smoking, eat meat, some vegans, etc) it is restriction. Show me a supercentarian that eats 2000+ calories daily and I'll show you a 4 legged monkey. Drugs, food included, are oxidatively stressful and contribute to aging, restriction is the only way to minimize the rate of aging.

I eat pizza once in a while drink beer on the weekends......I have consistantly worked out since I was about 8 years old..I don't know for certain but, I think that is the reason I still look so young.Im 35 and havent aged 1 day since 20. My sister and brother have but I tend to look the same... I think Its mostly genetics mixed with excercise. I don't think one simple thing like eating fuckin nuts or fruits is going to make you live to 100+. In the end your still dead.

Parl, I think part of the reason why many vegans may have sensation of not being full and over eating is, IMHO, from the the biochemical effect of Fructose. Obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer have many causes. Diets that exclude animal products and cooked foods are philosophy based, not as a matter of long term results. The agricultural revolution began in the mid-eastern region around 8000b.c. and was throughout much of Europe by 5000 to 4000BC. Extinction is laughable regarding dietary practices, - we're far from it in that direction. Fruits and vegetable are not good for everyone all the time. The basic standards work best.

i would imagine that you wouldn't want to eat goat milk very much. Does the goat milk contain casein proteins? if so, those are the ones that Dr. Campbell warns us not to consume because they feed cancerous growths (china study). i'll keep that in mind about eating too much at one time. One thing i love to do is buy half a papaya and eat the whole thing in one sitting.

You mentioned that you lowered your cholesterol after introducing goat's milk in your diet. I wonder if the CLA found in grass-fed animals fat had something to do with it. Great info!

What would you suggest if someone can't get raw milk, cheese or cream? What is your veiw of organic eggs? I think it would be fun to try some raw fish if I was ever on a trip and someone caught it in a clean lake or if I myself caught it, but it is a little unrealistic to think about after being a vegetarian for a year...

Some people seem to do fine with raw eggs. others don't do too well. My suggestion to be open to trying it and see how ou feel and decide if they are good for you or not

Thanks yeah :) I'll experiment a little.. I am just never really confident in knowing if my body is getting what it needs, I am not very smart seeing as I am 18 and pretty slow, but I do try to listen to my body and it gets better on Raw :D

The Esseene Gospel of Peace is not a real book. It's fiction. The real dead sea scrolls were found and was different than the fiction book, Essene Gospel of peace. They didn't talk about colonics in the dead sea scrolls.

Paul, raw cholesterol can NOT push your cholesterol levels up. This can only happen with oxidized cholesterol, since your body does not have receptors for raw cholesterol, only oxidized cholesterol. I often include raw eggs in my raw smoothies and the omega 3's and raw cholesterol makes me feel satisfied.

IMO people who think they need animal foods to feel satisfied are eating too many foods other than fruits and vegetables, like nuts seeds, dehydrated foods

that's not true for me, I ate mostly just fruits and vegetables and was satisfied to a degree but not until I ate a little animal products did I completely feel satisfied.

If you have to much fat in the blood stream, insulin stops working effectively. That is why people think high fruit is bad. The problem is fixed once you lower your fat intake.
Fruit is the easiest of all food groups to digest. You could eat tons of fruit and it'll digest right away. But any high fat foods, such as almonds, olive oil, or goats milk, will take at least 5 hours to digest. Probably longer.

too much fat is no good. Too much fruit is on good either. too much of anything is no good but if it is between 1 cup of raw goat milk or 20 bananas, I personally feel better with the milk.

1 cup of raw goat milk vs 20 bananas is terrible comparison. One single banana has the same amount of energy than a cup of milk.
Now, would you rather have 20 cups of milk or 20 bananas?
Milk is the most allergenic food on earth.
Fruit is the ideal food for mankind.
Milk produces a short term narcotic pleasure that does not translate in health.
I used to feel great after eating chocolate or drinking coffee. Can you dig it?

Yes, and all data shows raw goat milk being one of the best foods for the human body. It's not about fear, it's about sense. If you feel good on a vegan diet great for you but there is nothing wrong with raw goat milk.

My friend, milk is a very commercial food, no doubt, but nutritionally speaking it is nothing but liquid meat. .
Milk is the most allergenic food on earth. Cassein is proven cancer fuel.
Before pasteurization and refrigiration there was no milk like we know it. And that was less than 50 years ago
Countries who consume more milk have higher incidences of diabetes, cancer and heart disease. Milk also causes osteoporosis.

@XES119, whatever,... appropriate consumption works well; you're mainly throwing a party line, really, 'studies' be damned.. The body reveals, sooner than later. Get in tune. Different things for different people to one degree or another. Milk has, apparently, thousands of years with my ancestry, and it works well for me, maybe not in every instance, but, that's true of any other food, whether plant or animal source. Evolution happens, regardless of philosophies.

Before the agricultural revolution milk was simply not. And until much more recently, milk was a rare food.
The most poweful food industry is the meat/ dairy. That´s why the media keeps telling you to drink milk. Osteoporosis? It is actually caused by milk.
What you are refering to as evolution, is in fact, a process of extinction.
Fruits and vegetable are good for everyone.

Those studies are from the 50´s and 60´s, and they refer to isolated populations of Masai with very little contact with westerners.
The population on earth that consumes the most animal products are the inuit. They are sick and die very early. Families of inuit found frozen in ice from some hundreds years ago, reveal that they has massive atherosclerosis , osteoporosis and generealized disease. It was reported in a famous National geographic article.

@XES119 There aren't really too many limitations onto what is and isn't human food.. "bro". We have the largest diet out of any species on this earth. How do you define human food when we have consumed so many varies plant and animal species over time? Really... I drink raw milk occasionally, it is not homogenized and non pasteurized. So how is a protein fortified, low fat, version of a substance that humans have been consuming for centuries going to harm me? It depends on the individual.

We are a species too.
We started using agriculture and fire some 10 000 years ago. That´s an eye blink in terms of the longevity of mankind. What were we eating before that? Raw fruits and vegetables. Just like all other primates. Milk? Try to rob some from a wild cow nursing their calf. Meat? If everytime you were out for a meal you had to hunt down, clean and cook a carcace you would die of starvation. Apples is too easy.

@XES119 Well thus far fish and birds have done my body good. They only make up 1/3 of my food portioning per given meal. It is sort of like to each his own when it comes to dieting. To an extent of course. I have seen cases of bad fortune when people eat a lot of meat or no meat. But in my case, I seem to be doing rather well sticking to poultry and fresh water fish.

How do you know that? Let me enlighten you about the very precise notion that people drop dead after feeling pretty normal an entire life. You can´t tell how your body is just by how you feel, particularly when your young.
It is a scientific impossibility that fish and birds have been doing you any good. All cooked animal proteins and fats become unrecognizable by the body and cause strong imune reactions and toxicity.

@XES119 Site your source on that one. On the proteins that become unrecognizable AND that this toxicity is something serious and not just a thrown around "toxic" noun. While I cannot really give you any paper and pen scientific data to backup my claim that it does my body good, I can at least give a measure of self observation. Correlation does not prove causation BUT when I have done trials where I eat lean meats and worked out, my muscle mass is far greater (time span of months).

Protein is made up of amino-acids. ACIDS. Your body´s PH needs to be alkaline. When you put that much ACID/PROTEIN in the body, it can only try to neutralize the acidity by extracting alkaline minerals CALCIUM from the bones. Leave meat outside of the fridge for two days. It rottens. Your body is at 37 ºC. Meat can take several days to evacuate. It decomposes inside you and releases TOXIC acids and gases that contaminate the bloodstream and sicken the body. Pretty obvious.

@XES119 Yeah the PCAA rankings of Amino Acid availability in vegetables is FAR less than in meat. That means not only do you have to eat more food if you are vegan to amount to a certain caloric intake, you also have to eat more raw branch chain amino acid sources. Harder to come by in the vegetable form. They are out there, it just poses an inconvenience.

It´s a pleasure to eat more and be leaner.
Strongest animals on earth eat plants. Ask the elephant, the gorilla or the horse what´s the best foods to build muscle. Our closest relatives are the bonobo (+99% genetic material). They are estimated to be 7 times stronger than a human. They eat plants.
Risk for heart disease, cancer and stroke are the benefits you get for believing in the myth of animal protein.
