You do not have to look homeless to be homeless. I was unemployed with five children and went to the county building back in the 80's dressed in my church clothes. The girl took a long evil look at me and snapped, you don't look like you need any help. I didnt fit the "norm" whatever that is. I answered back with tears in my eyes that I needed food for my children and pointed to them and she pulled the food stamps out of her drawer as if it was costing her. Thank Jesus I have worked ever since.

Usually shelters have SHOWERS and CLOTHES CLOSETS for the ppl who come there. In addition, there are programs where cosmetology students offer free services to men and women in need. (Its called "ready to work" or something like that. They get clothes, hair do, and interview/resume guidance. So she's had a bath and has on some nice clothes we dont know the ENTIRE story.
People dont have to "look" homeless to be homeless. You never know..someone could have blessed her with a trip to the nail shop or to get her hair done or get her some clothes. Never judge a book by its cover. things arent always what they seem. Ive seen it. Lovely voice!!

Hair is nicely kept, and fine. The skin is very clean. The jacket is very nice and also very clean, without any tears or holes or real signs of wear. The outfit is bright and new. Very nice jewelry. The nails are very nicely cared for. Sure you can say some things on some of it but not all. Hardly homeless. Unless she was homeless for 10 minutes ...

This made me want to cry.... you'd be surprised at the back stories of many homeless people. Very few of them are schizophrenic, drug addicts, etc... like most are portrayed them.
God has blessed her looking back from the date of february until august where she has a job and own place now God has tremendously blessed her and she will continue to be blessed if she stays grounded and in the word of God

Usually shelters have SHOWERS and CLOTHES CLOSETS for the ppl who come there. In addition, there are programs where cosmetology students offer free services to men and women in need. (Its called "ready to work" or something like that. They get clothes, hair do, and interview/resume guidance. So she's had a bath and has on some nice clothes we dont know the ENTIRE story.

Hair is nicely kept, and fine. The skin is very clean. The jacket is very nice and also very clean, without any tears or holes or real signs of wear. The outfit is bright and new. Very nice jewelry. The nails are very nicely cared for. Sure you can say some things on some of it but not all. Hardly homeless. Unless she was homeless for 10 minutes ...
