  • Amateurs or not, in my opinion this video did a fantastic job of capturing the true essence of Darjeeling's musical history.

Indeed, the intertwining of music with our culture is "Our" legacy and I hope we will continue to carry this forward.

    best wishes,

    mailimukhia

  • Good piece of work, guys. Who cares if the video is a little shoddy. It's the subject that was captivating and the fact that you had most of the great musicians from Darj providing their perspectives on what was then and what is to come that was fascinating. Keep up the good work. Dhaney

  • Wonderful subject, one could just go on and on about Darjeeling's music, the immensely talented stawarts. But the documentary itslef is not very well made is it? Bad lighting, dogs barking in the backgound and the voice-over lady sounds stoned.

  • Why don't you try? You're right, one documentary is not enough because the talent in Darjeeling is immense. This one got off the blocks, and brings Darjeeling's talent to the world. May be yours can follow?
