  • Who is this man and what is he talking about. Judging by his body language and seditil vocal tone, he is trying to hide something very important.

    The seditil tones are generally an indication that the speaker is confused and may have some hidden unknown mental health issues. However when produced in conduction with this body language could mean that his underpants are just extremely tight or maybe even damp.
