今年四月，离聂树斌死已经16年了，河北省高院什么时候才能给个说法？！高勇下课！

死刑很多国家都有，要完全废除还有很长的距离，这个我能理解。但是死刑的判罚要有理有据，保证不能出现错案。
聂树斌这个案件是我今天才知道的，很惊讶最高人民法院到现在还没有为这个年轻人翻案，可悲啊。迟到的正义不是正义，可惜聂树斌连一个迟到的正义都得不到，令人悲叹啊！！！
