Hikari and Simple and Clean are not the same song. They use the same tune, but they're considered different songs. Like homonymes. Sound alike, but mean different things.

It is acoustic, but it is a classical acoustic guitar.

The neck is wider and the strings are nylon and not steel of a regular acoustic
