Batman and robin wasnt exactly a "bad movie". It was pretty ok, but it still was my least favorite of all of them. They made it to kidish in some places and to adult in others. Not really a good mix. The movie before that was pretty good to, but had kind of the same flaws. Now the first two they made were the best of all time (in my opinion). Batman begins and the dark knight were close but not quite as good as the first two, And I hope the that The Dark Knight Rises will live up to them also.

But Burton's Batman Returns was a really good one. Dark, serious. Schumacher got it TOTALLY wrong though. We will see if Nolan proves himself as the best producer when TDKR will be released. So your opinion (I know it's your opinion) is not reliable. Sorry to say that.

I actually think that Schwarzenegger was a good choice for Mr Freeze - he was just given lousy dialogue, ridiculous one-liners and an unforgivable excuse for a movie in which to play him. Batman and Robin could have been good with Arnie in it - but it would have also had someone else (Kilmer, Keaton) playing Batman, no Batgirl, no Bane and a significantly altered script (and plot). Let's face it - a good Batman and Robin would be almost unrecognisable from the original.

I know that Freeze is not usually as intimidating as Arnold - I wasn't so concerned about the build, though - Danny Devito's Penguin bore little resemblance to the character from the comic books and I still found him effective. Superhero films reflect their source material, but are, by necessity, different.

@Bagheadman Twilight was an insult to the human race and so is Justin Bieber, that said, Kindergarten Cop was a good IDEA, but performed poorly. Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of my favorites, but he wasn't suited to Kindergarten Cop other than being a mini-Hulk. It was just a deconstruction of what it could have been. Maybe if AS was replaced by Gary Sinise and the soundtrack wasn't so cliche' it'd be different. But as it stands, it's just not worthy of being labeled an AS classic.
