This is real.It's in Lake Berryessa,a man made lake formed when Monticello dam was built.The glory hole is actually a structure that drains water when it comes too high.The water flows to the other side of the dam.This scene in the video happens during times of heavy rainfall which causes the water level to rise.The area close to this structure is well marked and is strictly off limits.
