  • Orange nail polish is important for hunting safety.

  • Very cool. Nice to camp no matter where, huh? I like your super light set up. Seems you were prepared for anything.

  • sik nails

  • ... dorkasaurus ...

  • U GO dude, stealth camping rocks!!!!!! One suggestion? Paint your toenails also!

  • hahaha his fingernails are painted.

  • Do you have some tips how to best hide my camp? I have on mind invisible camping in the middle of the city for year or longer- Real stealth in practice- Just now i am working on my shelters only by cover of dark ...In city is too many eyes to watch you ,people with dogs, thiefs, drinking youth vandals :) I realy need to hide my camp before everybody ..failure costs me realy hard nights(I have backup another shelter with backup two thin blankets for emergency and to hide my treasures(carpets,...)

  • He's wearing nail polish, it's the end of the world!

  • you homo

  • Keep on riding! Love it myself!..:)..

  • hey luv2 don't listen to all these judgmental cry-babies!!! they're idea of stealth camping is sitting in their "man cave" with tea-lights and smores

  • guys don't paint their fingernails

  • @freewill51 Women don't wear pants.

  • @freewill51 For stealth camping, they should have been in camo.

  • @freewill51 OMG you are soooo right!

  • @freewill51 Is that kid wearing an ANKLET?? wow.

  • @freewill51 That is just the most untrue statement I've ever read on here. Guys paint there nails occasionally, it's only insecure dumbasses like you that have a problem with it

  • You sorta look like captain america

  • This is too cool. Excellent post. Mind not, the empty little heads, who've no better use of their time-or minds-than to sit and critique member posts, because they are ignorant to an alternative lifestyle that promotes being a man, living outdoors and not being glued to a television watching dancing with the celebrities...

  • being stealth meant camp a little deeper into the center of that wood and not by the tree line with a red bike to draw attention to. being stealth meant switch your bike to a dark green so you could blend into the woods.

  • stealth=non glow in-the-dark fingernails.

  • Nice, just one thing why are you finger nails painted!?

  • Badabing ^^ nicely said

  • Pretty Sweet Shots Indeed

  • did you have problems with ticks or mosquitoes?

  • lovely place to camp

  • ohh man that looks fun, which snugpack is that one??

  • whould it be a good idea to camp in a tree?

  • FABOLOUS NAILS BUDDY! ....was did the trolls do that to you at night lol cool vid

  • Hey cool Dude, I thought I was the only one who did this kind of stuff. Not digg'n the nails though. Cool vid.

  • @MowgliWolfcub

Great nails! It takes a real man to wear what he wants and the way he wants to wear it......

    Looks Tribal Man......Nice.......

Really like the video and seeing a couragous lad be and do what he wants.

    Cheers!

  • Hey cool Dude, I thought I was the only one who did this kind of stuff.

  • I cycled from Ireland to Valencia in Spain before stealth camping most of the way,not one night in a bed in 8 weeks.I even slept on two round abouts, not sure what there called in America. What a way to live, good job dude

  • It would be cool to swap ideas with you

  • Hey man don't listen to these morons,I do this shit full time and I live for it.free rent and free living.

  • 1:54 - 2:00 looks like a scene from a horror movie

  • Great vid. Like the bike setup.

  • those fingernails aren't so stealth

  • Rave nails? Bet it looks funky under blacklights! Otherwise, great vid. Thanks!

  • are your nails painted or is it band-aids

  • Looks like good miserable fun bro! :)

  • orange finger nails?

  • @bergbryce

Dude, I would contend that stealth = whatever the circumstances dictate to not be seen, not some arbitrary rules that someone made up.

And there may be three people in the world that would recognize where I was based on what is shown in the video.

  • what is this garbage?

  • Nice one. I've always wanted to do that...

  • wtf is wrong with you Thumper248 dude you have issues

  • hennessy hammocks..........they even have cammo ones

  • To camp or to RV, that is the question! rvparkandcampingexpert (.) com helped me decide.

  • For someone who wants to be stealthy, you sure like the bright colors man! :)

  • rape whistle

  • i also stealth camp at my local res...kudos to you

  • whats the black thing on ur left foot

  • ha i like the editing at the end where u set the camera up an showed u exiting lol... some les stroud stuff. looked fun

  • Dude you really need to stop the "middle school manicured bushcraft" look, because even if you know what you're doing, NO ONE will take you seriously. It's not even based on homophobia, it's just guys with fluorecent nail polish don't earn much credibility.

  • @cameraguy1968

Why do you care if someone paints their nails or not? What does that have to do with his knowledge?

  • There's a triangle piece of land between a local interstate and an off ramp. It's about 150' at the widest. It's fairly dense, covered in small trees about 15' tall and about 10' apart. It would be noisey but it would be interesting.

  • Great video Mate! I do stealth camping too....I live in my tent.

  • looks like Flagstaff Area

  • nice nails

  • the boy scouts do this all of the time. Its called no trace camping. (minimal footprint)

  • I say stealth camp at night and ride around stabbing Muslims on your bicycle all day death to Allah

  • Great video, keep them coming.

  • When the Jihadists invade and subjugate the degenerate Western democracies only the bushcrafters will survive. Ever seen Red Dawn? I can't wait for WWIII.

  • @MrHaveGun correct,

  • dude wats with the nails

  • Love your videos dude, great stuff! Very informative, very confident!

  • The wilderness is becoming more and more regulated......stealth camping is soon becoming the way to go. Even now on the AT you are forced to sleep in bullshit "shelters". Its pretty pathetic. Yeah your breaking the law, but as long as you are responsible and dont start a wildfire then there is no moral wrong doing.

  • Cool video. Anymore stealth camping videos coming? Thanks

  • @takepills

Did you set up a website for your camping group? I'd like to check it out.

  • taken serious until the nail polish. sorry man.

  • @Tancrad mate this guy gets a free pass on me, he could be dressed as a clown and he's still the shizznit

  • You had me following you right up until the finger nail polish sorry man

  • lol whats up with your fasionable nail polish?

  • Dude, not for nothing, you're kinda cute. ;)

  • I have found myself homeless quite by accident age 30? and had to sleep on a park bench Cudahy Ca you really sleep too well there the cops will pursuade you to move along. Another time I had to sleep at a phone booth Houston Tx until I got a roomate. The phone booth location had plenty of stealth locations but I didn't know of stealth camping in 1986. Get a hammock you will never go back to the ground.

  • @cdltpx sounds like a shill for hammocks...

  • @drcstudios I wish I were paid to sell them I am a substitute bus driver when I finally get on full time I will earn less than 20k a year. So if there are any hammock companies willing to pay me please I need the money.

  • The only part of your trip that was sketchy is the RED bike that screams "look at me!" Excellently chosen campsite, totally hidden next (?) to a meadow. Camp on, Bro

  • nice vid! stealth camping, I love it! I started an urban camping crew called GTFO here in richmond. plan on UC'ing most this summer, ultralight, and maybe on a bike too :)

  • What's with the gay nailvarnish

  • It's primary use is to make 'gays' speak up. Gj mate.

  • Has anybody had any trouble with ticks when sleeping on the ground? Ticks carry lyme disease, which is a very debilitating disease. My first priority would be to make sure that I have a good defense against ticks, scorpions, spiders, and snakes.

  • you just have to face your fears brother. what about indoor air pollution, work related stress disorders, televisions, being scared to go outside and use your body, ..these are the real killers!

  • This is a excellent video.

I too "stealth camp" in a woods behind my friend's house. The land I'm camping on is a city park.

Thanks for posting. Glad to see that other people are doing the same kind of camping that I'm doing. :)

  • The nail polish may make a good distraction but the ground mat gives the game away that you intend to make camp. Find a bag you can put the mat in with all your gear inside the roll. The roll becomes the frame for the bag suitable to backpack.

  • That's why they call it stealth camping. You're not supposed to be seen. Starting fires usually gets you caught, it's better to us a small stove or very small fire if you need to cook. These are my rules: If it's marked private property I ask for permission or stay off it. If it's any sort of public land or land owned by government I say f**K their rules and camp in those areas unseen.

  • awsome 5 stars

  • whats up with the nails

  • @thumper248 Obviously he's a raging homosexual, hence the need to "stealth camp".

  • @youarestupid1231 So your telling me I can go out in the middle of a national or state park, set up camp and start a camp fire. And if a CPO finds me he won't write a lame ass citation for camping in a non designated camping ground.

  • You can only camp in designated areas.

  • It's sad that something like camping has been outlawed in the U.S. except for a very small percetage of land.

  • the US Forest Service manages over 190 million acres, most of which is open for camping. If its a national forest, you can camp there, free of charge.

  • "unipped all the way like a quilt" is what caught my attention most..

see some of my vids, to get a good idea of how to step up your skills and remain hidden in plain site. my vids arent geared towards stealth, but one look at my gear and you'll see why i can camp just feet from a trail and remain unnoticed. i use a lot of blacks, olives, gray/greens and browns.

i like your UL approch, less=more.

warning: dont watch my vids and follow the "related videos" unless you want to follow rabbits!

  • This is actually a great video. Simple and informative... Your attitude is great as well!

  • You are too cute!! Is that nail polish on your fingers?

  • Very cool, love the simplicity of it all and the fact that it was a spontaneous decision to stay the night out. Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed it. You might have even got away with a very small Dakota fire pit ;-)

  • Stealth camping is justified if done responsibly. Many areas are cut off to camping because people cause damage. Most areas are cut off because the land is privately owned. Private land ownership is only justified if the land is used responsibly like for organic agriculture. The power of a tiny minority to hoard resources is not democratic. It's aristocratic.

  • I don't really think there is a reasonable way for any sort of decision to be made on who is and is not capable of camping responsibly on a given piece of land...

I just camp where I want, and I am prepared to deal with the consequences of camping where I'm not allowed, if I happen to end up in such a camping place.

  • Oops...my friend left his account logged on and I posted under his name by accident. ^^^^^comment is mine.

  • you been goin to raves lately?

the reason i'm asking is because of you nails.

  • All the survivors will be 'stealth camping' when the degenerate western democracies are invaded and subjugated by a coalition of Jihadist states and probably led by Russia and China. Right luv2? Do you luv to stab arab vermin with stilletos and leave them to bleed out like stuck pigs? Better learn to if you want to survive WWIII sonny.

  • Someone gave you a thumbs down, i compensated with a thumbs up. Not because I'm sure I agree with you, but because an extremely pretentious, and idealistic, argument in favor of something as banal as trespassing is an inherently funny concept.

  • stealth ? y do you need to camp like that

  • Because I wasn't really supposed to be camping there. I didn't want to be found and told to leave.

  • ahh, ok, sorry for being slow

  • @luv2sharpen i camp at my resevior all the time. with a bright flare orange tent haha. nobody ever sees me but i have a really good stop deep in the woods on the shore

  • @luv2sharpen My friends and i do this sort of thing to only we roll full camo face paint and all nice poncho also i got same one only woodland digital glad to seee people still enjoy going outside lol and the nails man was you ravin the night before> lmao

  • @RyanK222 "Hey what are those guys doing all dressed up?"... Really "camo" in real-world is just looking "normal".

  • @mryellow123 not when you got a tactical vest on with all kinds of shit strapped to it and the same for my friends... trust me we dont look anything like normal while in that get up. We look like were a unit from the armed services trust me any body that sees us which is rarely they always give the double look

  • @RyanK222 my point exactly. Depending on who sees you it might just look out-of-place enough that they tell others what they saw. Want Molle gear? Want to blend in? Get a camera-man vest.

  • @mryellow123 what is a camera man vest? and trust me I can blend in just fine partner

  • @RyanK222 It's a vest full of lots of handy pockets, basically the same setup as military without looking out-of-place. There is a difference between blending into green stuff, and being "inconspicuous". Someone covered in camo = "Wtf is this guy doing". Someone wearing "normal" stuff is "heh, a person"

  • @RyanK222 ah i get it now lol might not be a bad idea to get one to add to the collection but there are so much woods around i can easily slip into there and go about my day i have friends in all the branches of the military so i just use the stuff they bring me home including my at-4 rocket launcher ! even tho its already been used lol

  • @assassin616 It's quite simple, really. We camp when and where we want.

Plus the danger of getting caught makes it even more fun.

  • @assassin616 crowded, polluted , full of "civilised" but not really civilised people (always arguing , showing off clothes , honking , ripping each other off , and trying to have sex with each other while destroying our beutiful house the earth) citys ? y do you need to live like that ?

  • @assassin616 if you're in california...you sure do.
