I use to live in South Central. Everytime I wanted to walk to the corner store to buy things, my brother would be like "wait i'm getting something too" and then the whole family would be like, yea i'm getting something also. Most of the time, we would drive. I never ever went to certain parts.

After shopping we stood on the sidewalk of the street for 1 hour waiting to see a cab to hail... with my shopping bags full of fresh LRG gear and New Era caps... Nothing happened to us (2 white guys dressed like golfers !). Everybody was nice to us. It was 4 PM. As we didn't see any cabs in the wild, we were adviced to go to the nearby food store to order one by phone...
