There's that thing with His unrequited crush on Hungary and the whole becoming an ex-nation after being a mighty empire for so long. He seems to have taken it well, but...y'know. He looks the kind to hide everything so no one views him as weak. He's a Knight, after all.

AND this is Ludwig's. But the lyrics suit all the countries to some extent I think

No, no. This is just someone messing with the pitch of Germany's voice to make it higher (i.e. more like Prussia might sound). Prussia's already appeared in the anime, and his voice is quite silly-sounding. :P
