The only criticism I have is that Gaga isn't saying "Vertical Stick", thought that's a common mondegreen. The lyric is "I want your PSYCHO, your VERTIGO schtick, want you in my REAR WINDOW, baby it's sick" PSYCHO, VERTIGO, and REAR WINDOW are all movies made by Alfred Hitchcock. Schtick means a way of acting or being that becomes rote. She's talking about how the object of her affections acts like a crazy Hitchcock character...and she likes it.
