w8 the chair that she was hooked up to is a normal easy with something on it couldn't w8 until her boy friend get up and carry the chiar until they find some way to smash the lock ; we looks pretty strong or just go and find a hamer or something ?

I think the pin in the timer on the back was tied to the floor rather then the chair.
Believe me, Jigsaw's a genius, so I'm sure he would think of EVERY possible escape before putting someone in one of these.

he wants to teach people to appreciate their lives and show mercy towards others... let's say that he uses brutal ways because humans can only learn through pain but gives them a chance to save themselves and learn a lesson from it. he is basically like... an angel of death
