Ok, can you take another video and show what you're doing with your wrists to make the flag spin the way you do. I'm trying to figure out how you spin them simultaneously in front of your face and behind your back.

They are usually made of polysilk or something light and durable with two corners weighted down as the throwing edge. Excellent behind the back weave!!

Are your flags on a straight pole? because it looks as though they're on some kind of a weighted string or something.

What is the fabric mounted on exactly, and where can I buy flags just like that, and what size are they?

Thank you. No, they are not on poles. The edges are weighted with heavy cord, though. The fabric is sewn to itself around it. They were made by a friend of mine many years ago. They're the best flag I've ever spun, and haven't been able to duplicate them.
