Aw, Troll is such a badass. I just finished training with him in New Orleans, he really knows his stuff (and what he has questions for, he knows how to find the answers). Great video :)
about how welcome would you folks say women are in this industry? 'Cause I'm a woman living in vancouver, bc and I was looking into getting certified for this type of work
"Most of the jobs I've worked my whole life you can die from".........only if your a fucking idiot, your rigging sucks ass or your team are fucking idiots and their rigging sucks ass.
Can somebody tell me why the fuck yanks are gay as fuck and that twat the marine if i ever meet you and all your mates im going to smash all your fuckin heads in, yank fucks.
Typical Yanks over hyping things, lots of us, including me do this for a living and it's just NOT that glamorous or dangerous, unless you're a complete muppet like Troll!
What a dick!!! Troll you should go back under that bridge you came from and take your bull shit with you!!!! This is the worst video I have ever seen, it gives rope access a very bad name!!! World this is what rope access is NOT like. The guys from MHT should be ashamed and be de-licensed for allowing such crap. Shame on you Howard!!! Clint and Seth, i am very disappointed in you both for allowing RA to be slandered like this. Charley is right...typical Yank Bullshit!!!
You have never seen someone die in rope access. If you did the industry would be out of business, due to rope access being unsafe. It is sad to see people in this industry try to make it out more dangerous than it really is, you are scaring off potential customers with comments like: ( I have seen people die). If you have seen people die, they were not certified by SPRAT or IRATA. I agree with squatting2007 typical Yank Bullshit. You make it unsafe.
Looks like fun.. I work on Telecom towers, we don't get to use ropes as much now as we used to.. i still got all my stuff.. now its only when we install cell equipment on watertanks and on buildings, it seems..
@camboz1 What do you want... they're the artistic types, those types of details aren't as important to them. :) Personally, I'd enjoy working on a bridge 1600' high (it would make for a relatively quiet day... no traffic noises).
Haaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaaa this is fuckin funny, two ropes you muppet, trust the yanks to make a big show out of something we (English) do as just a job that i safer than crossing the road, get a grip lads, this vid is gay as fuck.
