wow yall just letting off down there, now thats how all gun ranges are post to be everyone having fun showing love real gun freaks, smh im from cali i brung a semi auto cal legal mac 10 to the range they almost had a heart attack like they never seem a mac before. good video
Oh and on another note fuck all the goverment classes like this list Communist, Liberalists, Democrats, Republicans, etc.. All government systems are trash keep the power to the people who can use it while they live in their big house doing not a god dang thing. The power belongs to the people. There is only a high priceon our shit in our economy because our government says so. All they give a shit about is the people who have money. Charlie Sheen snorts coke and hes sent to a 5 star resort.
now out of pure reasoning idc what anyone says im 18 and if i have a kid he's going to learn to shoot a gun so he can defend my wife and other kids if im not there the laws in this country are outrageous that you can't kill someone who enters you home with the intent to harm anyone. Some laws need to be repealled for the sake of our countries safety. If the U.S. is invaded and the law to take everyones guns away is passed you honestly expect to have enough man power to protect everyone.
i could't believe how they were trying to make it the fathers fualt for just trying to have a good time with his son in that case. They said it was wrongful to take him there in the first place. I personally have not seen the what happened but it sounded like it was one of the people that were supervising each firing line and weapon. From your video it seemed they were moving to fast to keep safety in mind.
You Should be running from the law. I noted at least 4 moments in your video that could have gone horribly wrong b/c kids have neither the upper body strength nor training to operate such machines. It's like using a chain saw without ever having experienced kickback. Everybody thinks they can do it without training until in the blink of an eye they slice their leg or head open. We don't even let kids drive until 16 & w/ good reason. And BTW, real wise of you to film your kid while driving.
@originaljazzgirl everyone is a critic, I will be the one to determine what my kid can handle and cannot, that's what parents are supposed to do. Many things can go horribly wrong, that's why good parents take care of their kids.
@ctgolfer IF he needs help handling a Ak-47 Full Auto...then he shouldnt be shooting,Heck those untrained kids in Iraq can shoot it.......Also he kept his fucking finger on the trigger the whole time
Filming while driving, implying alcohol is normal, endorsing child to use .50 cal(like it's a freaking toy and not an anti-aircraft weapon), giant assembly of bad parents trying to stabilize children against automatic kickback, endorsement of arson/random destruction, ear-damaging noise exposure, lethal weapons treated like buffet items, some boobage, more children nearly falling over with triggers hot...the more I watch this, the LESS respect I see for children...
@ctgolfer Nothing you're doing is wrong. Do not let him tell you what to do. I see pros helping your kid out. So he is as safe as can be. When i shot my first gun i shot with a friend. He own just about every gun and knows what he was doing. He was not even helping me out with the guns and my first gun shot was a 12G shotgun. Lots of fun still remember it. I know someone with a son that is only abot nine and shoots pistoles on his own. But he had them learn that gun are nothing to play with.
So sorry you and your boy had to be there at the time of the incident. I hope the charges against other kids that test fired the guns is false because that's not right. Keep teaching gun safety.
My father was a police officer. I raised my sons without guns and as afults.ages 22 thru 27 they all havr guns and use them responsibly. A horrible thing happened to Christopher but the kids wanted to do it. it was the responsibility of the dad to say no. he used the weapon 1st and new what a kick it had. how did he expect a 66 pound boy to handle it. He encouraged his sons with wahoo and whoas. when colin decided not to use it anymore it should have been a clue.
i hope you dont let your son shoot any more, GOD SAVED HIM! cause that could have been him!!!!! I hope you thought about this man.... babies shouldnt have guns in their hands period... war is never the answer...
@ctgolfer well what my kid likes to do is go to the range with the S&W M&P15 i bought him for his birthday, well his mom found out and now he only gets to come see me about once every 4 to 6 months but Im glad to see your teaching him early so he'll know just how dangerous they are,the children that have no gun training are usually the ones who have accidents.
@acer42jmt You are right man, I am sorry you dont get to see your kid more. The problem with people that are afraid of guns is that they dont want others to use them. Their fears are effect others lives for no rational reasons. That M&P is a great gun, lots of fun to shoot. good choice.
@acer42jmt the children with no gun training are also the ones who turn 18, move out, buy a gun, then go to the range and muzzle everyone with their fingers on the trigger, just before they blow their foot off while they're "cleaning" their weapon.
@RunnerRoad69 You do realize that the AK-47 is a Russian gun right? It's used all around the world, not just in the Middle East. And besides lot's of other guns killed US troops not just an AK.
It's ok to let a 14 or 16 year old shoot a gun when supervised like this but when you let a small boy like 8 year olds fire an AK-47, that's just being stupid.
@AztecPrince95 He is standing right next to the kid the entire time and that kid can most definitely handle the gun and his father can pull the gun out of his hand the second he starts to do something wrong.
just exactly how do laws deter criminals (who habitually break the law... uh, they're criminals, get it you fuckin morons) from aquiring firearms? if one wishes to aquire a full milspec ak they can do it without a single scrap of government permission so long as they don't mind breaking the law... you know like criminals... besides the 2nd amendment is about us being able to fight back against the gvmt not shoot turkeys.
I don't think its right to let a child shoot a fully automatic gun, they have their entire lives to do it anyway. It seems many of them don't have the strength required to keep the gun in a secure position. Compare 2:17 to 2:34. and LOL at 4:58... nice camera man.
@ctgolfer It's a terrible thing that happened to the boy that day. I think what was a result (the whole law thing) is understandable, however it is unjust. What I mean by that is, to someone who is not familiar with firearms or is a parent that either isn't familiar with firearms or doesn't like them it's an understadable law, but in the whole scheme of things it's completely injust because it infrenges a childs right of to persue happiness (which to me are firearms) and to have fun.
Governor Mitt Romney has signed into law a permanent assault weapons ban that he says will make it harder for criminals to get their hands on these guns.
Deadly assault weapons have no place in Massachusetts, Romney said, at a bill signing ceremony on July 1 with legislators, sportsmen groups and gun safety advocates. These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people.
@WhoNeedsVevoImHere I am sorry that I enjoy making Call of Duty video games and everything don't worry next time I go shooting with my dad with his 12 Gauge 30-30 and 9mm I will record it and upload it to my channel I am sorry that I could have shot most of these weapons by myself at their age.
I reckon its fine that people want to shoot their guns. Its fun and something for kids aswel I live in australia and you need to give the government an excuse to even get a gun licence.
@WhoNeedsVevoImHere Actually bud I know more about guns then you ever will and I bet I have more of a life then you I'm sorry if you think that I get my info of COD I don't my I have 2 Uncles that have gone too Iraq and own most of these weapons so shut up sir. Thanks Have a great Day.
@MrViibezHD hahah u stupid call of duty player u think you know stuff about guns, so u go hate on kids actually trying to learn to shoot guns and understand them go outside and get some fresh air
For you people who think its bad parenting and the pops filming the boobies, it unites the family as a whole to go somewhere and do something unlike other family's in the US that don't do anything but complain and bitch about how life sucks!
why on earth would a civillian. no wait a CHILD ever have/need to shoot an assualt rifle ?? no person should be able to readily buy/ use any sort of weapon capable of bring so much death and destruction. this is fucked and very, VERY BAD PARENTING. and i ask someone to please give me just ONE good reason why this was a good idea at all.. and to be honest i hope the state police do come knocking on your door 'ctgolfer'
@hdiggity99 its not that this is bad parenting this is giving them an opportunity to learn about guns and get them into it so when they are older they will have experience.they might go hunting, target shooting who knows maybe even join military when they are older.all Im trying to say is this is this is an opportunity of a lifetime . oh and maybe if you paid attention in the video they signed papers, they had to pay and was obviously controlled by the military so no the police will be knocking
@WhoNeedsVevoImHere yes it really is bad parenting, the fact an 8 year old died on this day is proof of that. these are assault weapons, why would you go hunting with an uzi or ak ? thats not even giving the animal a chance. and if this kid joins the army, thats what basic training is for. NO one needs to use these weapons. and maybe you need to pay attention this spaz is worried about the police, read the description.
@hdiggity99 k first i never said they would hunt with these guns i meant by practicing woth other guns they might get into hunting and "we went to this event for two years knowing that a police chief was in charge and the organizer" is a qoute from the description
@WhoNeedsVevoImHere getting children "into" guns.. serious whats wrong with you? well that police chief did a fucking fantastic job, totally stopped that 8 year old shooting him self to death.
@vtogvblog ok nah im handicaped for not wanting assualt weapons to be given to kids. read up, your good old governor agreed with me hhahaha. go have sex with your sister, you wank.
That kid looks a little too young to be shooting a full auto gun. When I was that age all I ever shot were .22's. My guess is that kid is about 8, I'm only going to let my kids shoot anything bigger than a .22 once they are 12.
Kids will always see guns as really cool toys, and will treat them as such unless the parents instill the fact that they are NOT toys, but lethal weapons designed only to kill. It's not wrong to teach your children how to operate a firearm, but extreme care must be taken to educate them on the dangers. Kids at this age cannot operate an automatic firearm with complete control, and kids should NEVER be helping other kids how to shoot in any capacity. Westfield was a sad example of this.
is that the kid who accident shot himself in the face by an uzi. that suck bro.. i woul be afraid standing at the range next to a lil kid with a full automatic weapon.. i rather watch them behind the cover lol..
If you gun nuts are so intent on firing automatic weapons, join the military and really help defend our country. Or do you only enjoy firing your weapons at deer and other animals, and not at someone who is firing back? And leave your children at home at events like this. What a good looking kid, what a waste.
you people must be insane to let your kids use guns, what does it means? People that use military clothes and equipment like sad bastards and think "i can protect my country now!" How fucking sad is that?
For everyone else critisizing, look it falls on the dad but I think the man has suffered enough. He lost his son. Thats a terrible pain to feel. Im glad they aquitted everyone involved.
How about the audacity of the father? He signs a waiver of indemnification in order to take his son in. What makes you think that you have the right to sign away your child's safety? So after this tragic (and avoidable) event occurs. The father sues the organizer of the event (probably for a large amount of money) thus washing his hands of any responsibility at all in this matter.
SHAME on you! What in the world are you thinking taking a young boy to an event like this? Just showing up at this gun rally is a demonstration of poor judgment. Parents are responsible for keeping their children safe from danger and you somehow believe that shooting machine guns is safe for a child? Christopher's dad got what he deserved. A life of guilt over his decision to make a video so his sons could be "cool". So sad that the boy had to pay with his life for having an irresponsible dad.
Not sure what you inbred P.O.S.'s thought would happen when you give an 8 yr old a machine gun...idiots. Seems to me that what happened is exactly what was supposed to happen...and even with this tragedy, they'll keep on keepin' on...just look at the title of this vid....this moron is HAPPY to be shooting off life taking machines...well..to the dad that took his son here...how's THAT feel??
Why can't people just let a horrible accident be just an accident... I saw the videos of the poor kid who died and there looked to be an instructor right with him... I can see a kids being limited to smaller calibers but I've seen inexperienced adults be more dangerous than some kids I know with a firearm. It sounds like a great event...it's horrific that such a tragedy occurred but I fail to understand why any more lives need o be ruined when there was no direct negligence.
yu wana bring your 16 yr old kid ther fine but you ppl bringn a child thats 8 yrs old out to shoot machine guns are complete frign morons and wonder why we are watching that some poor child was shot in an accident...its pathetic.talk all you want about teaching them gun safety but like i said leave that shit to kids that are old enough to handle a damn machine gun....I hope x chief gets hung for it too.ITS ILLEGAL TO LET A CHILD USE A DAMN MACHINE GUN!!!
don't you really have anything else in your life to do as hobby? you pay more than 100 bucks to shoot a round on ak47 to have fun????!!!!!! I really feel sorry for you.
@RichfromNH yes I have, but that was free of charge and against my will inside a prison. When you do it this way it's not fun.
IMO guns aren't toys for kids and law should prohibit people who encourage their kids to use a device that is mostly used to kill other people. I think it is a little bit wrong!
@antiFoolishness I've taken kids to the range(under close supervision) as young as 11... The key is to teach them safety. I have been taking a 13 year old and he's almost ready to begin hunting with a firearm. Through proper teaching, a gun can be used as a safe tool for hunting/self defense/sport both legally and safely. It's like a car...if abused it can be dangerous...but when someone is trained properly, they can use it as a tool. I completely condone absolute safety when using a gun.
It is more dangerous to cross the street than to participate in this activity. It is a controlled environment and and as far as I am concerned, safe. Introducing youngsters like that young lad (who obviously wants to shoot) to guns and safety etc. cannot be a bad thing. Guns aren't going away folks despite all of the government bans and legislation. GFirearms are inanimate objects and last I heard there were no evil shaman casting evil spells over them as they leave the factory.
@john469678 hah hah, I noticed the same thing. I watched it several times to investigate. in all fairness, tho, anyone who's ever shot documentary knows that engaging people in a conversation and simultaneously creating a good composition takes some practice.

I reckon its fine that people want to shoot their guns. Its fun and something for kids aswel I live in australia and you need to give the government an excuse to even get a gun licence.

For you people who think its bad parenting and the pops filming the boobies, it unites the family as a whole to go somewhere and do something unlike other family's in the US that don't do anything but complain and bitch about how life sucks!

why on earth would a civillian. no wait a CHILD ever have/need to shoot an assualt rifle ?? no person should be able to readily buy/ use any sort of weapon capable of bring so much death and destruction. this is fucked and very, VERY BAD PARENTING. and i ask someone to please give me just ONE good reason why this was a good idea at all.. and to be honest i hope the state police do come knocking on your door 'ctgolfer'
hdiggity99 10 months ago
@hdiggity99 its not that this is bad parenting this is giving them an opportunity to learn about guns and get them into it so when they are older they will have experience.they might go hunting, target shooting who knows maybe even join military when they are older.all Im trying to say is this is this is an opportunity of a lifetime . oh and maybe if you paid attention in the video they signed papers, they had to pay and was obviously controlled by the military so no the police will be knocking
WhoNeedsVevoImHere 10 months ago
@WhoNeedsVevoImHere yes it really is bad parenting, the fact an 8 year old died on this day is proof of that. these are assault weapons, why would you go hunting with an uzi or ak ? thats not even giving the animal a chance. and if this kid joins the army, thats what basic training is for. NO one needs to use these weapons. and maybe you need to pay attention this spaz is worried about the police, read the description.
hdiggity99 9 months ago
@hdiggity99 k first i never said they would hunt with these guns i meant by practicing woth other guns they might get into hunting and "we went to this event for two years knowing that a police chief was in charge and the organizer" is a qoute from the description
WhoNeedsVevoImHere 9 months ago
@WhoNeedsVevoImHere getting children "into" guns.. serious whats wrong with you? well that police chief did a fucking fantastic job, totally stopped that 8 year old shooting him self to death.

That kid looks a little too young to be shooting a full auto gun. When I was that age all I ever shot were .22's. My guess is that kid is about 8, I'm only going to let my kids shoot anything bigger than a .22 once they are 12.
NIN1024 11 months ago
hey kid, when u shoot, keep the stock a little bit out, NOT 2 FAR OUT, but maybe 1/4 of an inch away.
streetracer5748 11 months ago
Kids will always see guns as really cool toys, and will treat them as such unless the parents instill the fact that they are NOT toys, but lethal weapons designed only to kill. It's not wrong to teach your children how to operate a firearm, but extreme care must be taken to educate them on the dangers. Kids at this age cannot operate an automatic firearm with complete control, and kids should NEVER be helping other kids how to shoot in any capacity. Westfield was a sad example of this.

If you gun nuts are so intent on firing automatic weapons, join the military and really help defend our country. Or do you only enjoy firing your weapons at deer and other animals, and not at someone who is firing back? And leave your children at home at events like this. What a good looking kid, what a waste.

For everyone else critisizing, look it falls on the dad but I think the man has suffered enough. He lost his son. Thats a terrible pain to feel. Im glad they aquitted everyone involved.
WINSTON4747 1 year ago
How about the audacity of the father? He signs a waiver of indemnification in order to take his son in. What makes you think that you have the right to sign away your child's safety? So after this tragic (and avoidable) event occurs. The father sues the organizer of the event (probably for a large amount of money) thus washing his hands of any responsibility at all in this matter.
ohrian 1 year ago
SHAME on you! What in the world are you thinking taking a young boy to an event like this? Just showing up at this gun rally is a demonstration of poor judgment. Parents are responsible for keeping their children safe from danger and you somehow believe that shooting machine guns is safe for a child? Christopher's dad got what he deserved. A life of guilt over his decision to make a video so his sons could be "cool". So sad that the boy had to pay with his life for having an irresponsible dad.
ohrian 1 year ago
Not sure what you inbred P.O.S.'s thought would happen when you give an 8 yr old a machine gun...idiots. Seems to me that what happened is exactly what was supposed to happen...and even with this tragedy, they'll keep on keepin' on...just look at the title of this vid....this moron is HAPPY to be shooting off life taking machines...well..to the dad that took his son here...how's THAT feel??
carlredrick9 1 year ago
Why can't people just let a horrible accident be just an accident... I saw the videos of the poor kid who died and there looked to be an instructor right with him... I can see a kids being limited to smaller calibers but I've seen inexperienced adults be more dangerous than some kids I know with a firearm. It sounds like a great event...it's horrific that such a tragedy occurred but I fail to understand why any more lives need o be ruined when there was no direct negligence.
RichfromNH 1 year ago
yu wana bring your 16 yr old kid ther fine but you ppl bringn a child thats 8 yrs old out to shoot machine guns are complete frign morons and wonder why we are watching that some poor child was shot in an accident...its pathetic.talk all you want about teaching them gun safety but like i said leave that shit to kids that are old enough to handle a damn machine gun....I hope x chief gets hung for it too.ITS ILLEGAL TO LET A CHILD USE A DAMN MACHINE GUN!!!

don't you really have anything else in your life to do as hobby? you pay more than 100 bucks to shoot a round on ak47 to have fun????!!!!!! I really feel sorry for you.
antiFoolishness 1 year ago
@antiFoolishness Spoken like someone who never has... And $100 will buy a lot of ammo on an AK-47.
RichfromNH 1 year ago
@RichfromNH yes I have, but that was free of charge and against my will inside a prison. When you do it this way it's not fun.
IMO guns aren't toys for kids and law should prohibit people who encourage their kids to use a device that is mostly used to kill other people. I think it is a little bit wrong!
antiFoolishness 1 year ago
@antiFoolishness I've taken kids to the range(under close supervision) as young as 11... The key is to teach them safety. I have been taking a 13 year old and he's almost ready to begin hunting with a firearm. Through proper teaching, a gun can be used as a safe tool for hunting/self defense/sport both legally and safely. It's like a car...if abused it can be dangerous...but when someone is trained properly, they can use it as a tool. I completely condone absolute safety when using a gun.

I used to think that NRA members were crazy gun nuts, now I know they are. This should be outlawed.
