Just a quick comment, everyone. This video is just to show the effects of using a polarizing filter. Any polarizing filter will behave virtually the same - you would have to look at 18mp still shots to see any difference, not video. This particular filter is the Hoya 77mm PL-CIR [Wide angle].
@alexzracer2008 To quote myself: "This video is just to show the effects of using a polarizing filter." Did you see the reflections disappearing and the clouds going darker? That's what polarizing filters do. In 18pm still shots, you might be able to see the differences between different filters in terms of image QUALITY, but not in terms of the overall effect they have.
Cool!

@christopherfrost Dude what are you talking about? Then why did you do the video if you only see the difference with still shots?

@christopherfrost Do you know if this has been used for high budget movies? Do you think this lens makes the video more cinematic?

is the wide angle the "slim"
can you post a link to the exact filter?
bchamorro 8 months ago
@bchamorro It is the slim one. I can't remember the website where I got it. All the information I have about the lens is in the description

@christopherfrost Thanks! Do you stack your polarizer on top of your UV filter? Or do you just have the Polarizer on the camera?
bchamorro 8 months ago
@bchamorro You can stack it, but I try not too - having too many filters will introduce vignetting in the corners of your pictures

афтар чуток врёт, когда выкручиваешь фильтр на офф "эффект" бликов более выражен чем он есть на самом деле.
