i'm aware of the point of THE FOLEY CUT. my point is that what he considers "fluff" is all the substance of the movie, and he cut out the most important, and arguably the best, part.

I think the way the heart beat kicks in is great. The sound guys in that part of the film did a really good job of setting the mood.
