  • ive noticed that no one here said something about your playing, so, dude great shredding!

  • RJ guitars now is manufactured from china, they just import them. before their guitars are better coming from korea and vietnam

  • I think thats the problem with guitars today..unlike during the 90's they took good care of the fret job...great playing..love your guitar collection!!

  • hey...u say its cheap..does it have buzz on the frets? fret buzz rather..

  • @weaponx29 no buzz, the the fret ends are so sharp that it actually hurts to play the guitar. i tried filing them down, but no change... really poorly made guitar

  • @mystixboi ah..is see...whoa,,u have so many guitars..why waste time on that one?

  • how much is that guitar of yours?

  • @weaponx29 the guitar in my vid only cost $80 US, but the case was around $110 or something... but i really have stress how poorly and cheap the guitar was made. the frets stick out so much on the side that the guitar isn't playable.

  • @mystixboi ah..i see.hmmp...the guitar is ugly..but the sound..not bad at all..

  • bro, anung price nung gtara?..thanks..whats new in rj ba?

  • is RJ the only known electric guitar manufacturer in the Philippines? I'm into Japanese made guitars now,but I'm planning to check out Philippine made guitars when I visit Manila.

  • @mellon12000

to be honest, I don't know.... i don't think so... i'm sure there are more out there. here's something to consider though... it's about a year later and i can't play the guitar. i'm not sure if it's because of the weather change here in the states, but the wood seems to have shrunk pretty badly. when i play the low E and A strings, the frets on the bottom of the neck slice my fingers.

i'm going to take it to get fixed at some point, but it's pretty bad.

  • @mystixboi oh man, that's bad news...

  • @mellon12000 the one that is best known there is Lumanog... they make good copies of guitars... but they make more on strats and ES-like designs... nice to play too... i just don't know if the wood will shrink when taken to a country with a different climate

  • @KuggeR23 ES like designs? did you mean semi-acoustic guitars like epiphone or gibson's ??? where can I try one? I'll be visiting manila soon

  • @mellon12000 yep... ES designs... I don't know where in particular in Manila... 'coz the headquarters of the guitar brand is in cebu, but I'm sure it's also available within manila. I remember I saw one ES design in an SM mall in Marilao, Bulacan (this isn't manila, but almost few kilometers away) for approx. Php7000 (about $140)...

  • @mellon12000 and the good thing is that if you're from australia, they have a branch there.

  • @mellon12000 Go to Yamaha or something, RJ is horrible.

  • Way to go Filipino's!... Is there a jackson or ESP looking flying V in the Philippines? I'm goin there soon and i'm gonna purchase some new guitars..

  • @torquemenistan when you go to Manila, go to the Mall of Asia. There are actually 2 or 3 musical instrument stores there. One of them(I forget the name) specifically sells RJ Guitars. From what I remember, I saw Ibanez Jem copies and Jackson Soloist copies... maybe others. Here's a tip, bring a gig bag with you so you don't have to buy the case. The guitar in my vid only cost $80 US, but the case was around $110 or something... and they don't negotiate!!!! Good luck!!!

  • @mystixboi My friend bought this Gibson Flying V look-alike and I thought It was real but damn it sounded really good.. Thanks for the advice.. I can finally get a high end guitar that wouldn't break the bank..

  • amazing..

  • \m/

  • a guitarist should overshadow his guitar.

  • im a filipino but that is the ugliest guitar ive ever seen... sounds good though..

  • @fjz0112 : It is not an ugly guitar, It is unique! and also.... i believe, most of the guitar (any kind of guitar) sound comes from the players fingers, that is why its sounds good..

  • are you satisfied with the guitar from our country???

  • yes... after a nice setup, it plays great!!!

  • and you have many guitars! cool! i think its gibson? fender?ibanez?

  • how much is it? and did u use sound effects?

  • i got it for $116... not too bad... i am using my line 6 spider valve combo with a little delay...

yes... i have over 20 guitars... gibson, fender, jackson, carvin, luna, etc!!!!

  • @mystixboi hey how much is 6 spider valve combo guitar effects?or sound effects? O_O how many effects does it have??? O_O

  • it depends... you can get the SV in 1 x 12 combo, 2 x 12 combo, or halfstack. i have the 1 x 12 combo... i got it when it first came out for $625(US dollars).

it's wonderful... it has 6 efx plus reverb. you can use up to 2 of those efx(plus reverb) at a time.

i love it... never has let me down!!!

  • rj guitar b yan!?

  • yes it is!!!! i got it 2 months ago at the Mall of Asia on a recent visit. I had to get it professionally setup when i got back to the states, but it plays and sounds great!!!

  • sounds excellent!
