I've heard this track 3 times and still think it sounds like an album filler - not a particularly good one either - but it's ok I guess. Experimental isn't the right word in my opinion it's more Retro - heaps of bands have done that kind of desert garage rock sound that they use on this track eg the cramps, death in vegas, rockabilly etc. It's not particularly original or experimental.

"The new album doesn't grab you like the others" I think that's the point isn't it. It's hypnotic and very sexy and mysterious. In my opinion it's their best so far and I hope they continue on the path they are on.You can actually have sex to it. I've had it for three weeks and can't stop listening to it. I'm glad they are letting go of fair weather fans, and the one's that appreciate evolution will stick with them until Alex decides to go solo someday. Then we will follow little Alex anywhere.
