man,shrinks really hadnt a clue about bdd then.The guided imagery is grasping at straws to say the least,doomed to failure.I was diagnosed in1991 ,not with bdd but schizophrenia,what a crock of shit.I knew even then that was wrong.Thing was in those days bdd was untreatable.
