Sorry should be really commenting in one go but I tend to write comments as I watch your video.

At 4:15 there was a sign that (well to me it did) indicated a "no right turn" and you turned right? However as you approached that intersection - on the road itself it had a straight and right turn arrow painted on it. What is going on? LOL

I can only assume that the sign relates to traffic that goes straight across. i.e. if you go straight across, you can't then take the next right?

Yes, that's it. There is a parking lot on the other side of the road, behind the tramway line. People get out of the parking lot by this way ;)

roads are so small

Caen, France is a very old city, so many of the roads in Caen are hundreds, if not thousands, of years old, and were never intended for motorized traffic.

Much of historic Caen was destroyed in the war by bombs from, believe it or not, the RAF and the USAF. The roads in my video are all post-war.

The French roads in this video look like the roads in the UK videos I've seen, except the French drive on the right.

I thought that one car (2:19) was going to turn against that "No Right Turn" sign, but they were just parallel parking. :)

Yes, as in the UK, if the person just ahead slows down like that, and there's random parking spots available, and there's no-one in front of him, you can safely predict he's about to reverse into a space.
