INT: You've been involved in a lot of horror stuffs these days, right Miki-san?

INT: You had a strong 6th sense since you were young?
MIKI: Yeah... I guess it's since THAT happened. When I was at my primary school, there was this incident.

Back then, my parents both had jobs, so when my friends all went home, I still played alone. You know, even if I went home, no one's there. That's when this happened.

um in this thing the girl, audult and child are the same! and everday she would hang out in a church, and one day the reeper came. and the train tracks was where a lot a people comit suicide. after that i am confused
The woman is re-telling ghost stories she had experienced as a child. The man that pulled her away at the end is her father. He was telling her not to go near the train tracks ( I think ). The torn up bear shows what would've happened if the girl had been there when the train got there. ( Thats where she was kneeling when he picked her up. )
