lol if it is real just press Start --> Run --> shutdown -a and if it comes every time you boot goto notepad and do this: 1. type @echo off 2. In a new line, type ping localhost -n 6 > nul & shutdown -a 3. save to desktop as whatever.bat 4. right-click file and click Create Shortcut 5. Drag into startup folder in start menu. so every time you boot, the shutdown will abort. DO NOT DELETE THE FILE. Or the easy way, change clock one year back If it bugs you reinstall Windows

2) When Blaster terminates the process, the error is generated from Windows, causing it to be a one minute countdown in the machine's local language. Not in one language and then broken english.
