It is actually possible to skip the entire tower, and go straight to the final tower. All you have to do is approach the Broken Tower Redoubt from the opposite side i.e. the cliff behind it. When you drop down, there is one enemy, and one more on the lower level.

Note: You cannot do this quest if you are also doing the quest for Dibella's Sybil, as the girl will be in the same cell where Logrolf is

Yes, provided you have the Smithing perk Arcane Blacksmith. Upgrading requires an Ebony Ingot, but Smithing this weapon is not affected by any Smithing perks

lol, I made a Argonian as my first Character, named him Tyranus.. and first time I met Vigilant Tyranus, I thought he was some sought of Illusion meant to symbolize the good part of my Character against Molag Bol.. I was wrong :4

When I did this quest it was about 1 am and I had my turtle beaches on full volume. I can honestly say I was pretty close to soiling myself, it was terrifying but also very fun

If you didnt find vigilant like me. Go to THE markarh stabels stand there And look up to THE mounthens And you Will find him

I found Boetiah at the location where it sent me, but he was at a camp protected by Foresworn I didn't have to go to the tower like you did. Strange.

Right away when Molag said to kill him, I drew my Schimitar and drove it through that bastard's chest, just for the sake of being my thieving, murdering, douchebag self. :D I didn't care if there was an option to be good, I wanted to slash his face off before he escaped and grab the loot. This time, greed trapped me, then to be released by one of the Daedra, whom I wanna worship in-game. DAEDRA FTW! The Divines can burn in Oblivion :3

I think I have fucked up this. I walked inside. Then outside to save. And now Tyranus is just standing by the entrance. I kill him and the daedra starts talking to me, but when I'm going to go back out the door requires a key.

@PeterDaKid12 - Did you enter Markarth for the first time during the quest "A Night to Remember" ? If you did that, this quest / achievement is not completable and you'll need to roll back prior to "A Night to Remember", then enter Markarth before getting that quest.

@MrMultilicious - unless they fix it in a patch, a night to remember's markarth portion removes the NPC outside this house, permanently.

If you lose one of the items after you obtain it, can you still get the achievement or do you have to have them all at the same time? I managed to get the mace but since I was living in the Abandoned Shack, the majority of my stuff got deleted from my chests, including my artifact. :[

@ToxsikZombie - Pretty sure this achievement triggers based on the "Daedric Quests Completed" stat. You don't have to have all the items on your possession. The only part of this you can screw up is keeping Clavicus' axe instead of turning it in for the Masque. If you keep the axe - that quest won't count.

the base damage of the mace, what other material is it most similar to? ebony mace? also do you know with what material you can improve it?

@SADWAHTV its actually the glass sword haha, glass is stronger than elven and a bit lighter too ithink, also it looks nicer. (its higher level equipment than elven)

@AalsperZ He is using Childdren a special glass weapon you can find in Mercers secret room (Thiefs guild quest)
