Message from Bob Drury. Hi Elaine, re: your comments. Just to say that this video was posted by a guy who maintains a video diary of events in the Dover area. He was interested in the event as a whole rather than just my performance so this explains the waitresses. Clearly I'm not a Neil Diamond look-a-like so don't try to be (wigs/hair dye etc). Your 're right about Bob Drury being a good entertainer... I've seen his theatre show three times in the last couple of years and he's just brilliant! It doesn't bother me that he isn't a dead ringer for Neil. Personally I think Bob looks better just as himself, some of these tribute artists look a bit silly wearing wigs.

I think Bob needs to "strive" a little harder. Neil is not British so why the British accent? He needs better Neil hair. Grow it longer and dye it a darker brown, or wear a wig. Neil's hair NEVER hung in his eyes. He needs longer sideboards too. A better promo video would be essential. Not too professional showing waitresses serving food. Also needs to learn the words to Neil's songs. It's not "they come to America", it's "they're coming to America". Nice voice though and entertains well.
