That is definitely Burl Ives. I am unable to harbor any doubt of it.
There's no mistaking the way he forms his words, the tone and pitch of his voice, the depth and limit of his breath, his signature nasal quality, and the expression in his delivery.
All his vocal "finger-prints" are there, with not one stray sound or note to betray imitation.
IIRC the "Model T" designation was essentially retroactive. When new, they were simply called "Fords." Hence the "Model A" was not the first Ford. Model T is sort of like "Coke Classic" in that it refers to something that, at the time, was simply called "Coke." Very entertaining short BTW.
Each and every voice we hear throughout our lives has a very complex set of harmonics which the brain picks up on automatically without our knowledge, as though it were the easiest thing to do in the world. Provided you are not quite deaf, and are sound of mind, your brain will tell you quite accurately that this is not Burl Ives.
@voidmansions Can you disagree without being disagreeable? If not, crawl back into your hole and forget to come out until you can. I don't think it is Burl Ives but it may well be.
@OldcarsNmusic Sir, I do not have a hole, and I do not crawl. However, I do have a sense of humour which is always engaged when I receive a reply such as yours from people such as you. Merry Christmas.
I now recognize the voice as likely being that of the actor that describes the plan of attack on the Death Star in 1977's "Star Wars: A New Hope". Just don't the have the name of the actor or the character he plays.
after four years here, we still don't have agreement....I still think this is Burl Ives.

No chance...in fact, it's not that close.
I knew Burl personally and have over 100 recordings. I will bet anyone a thousand bucks this isn't the voice of Burl.
