They actually managed to make this really stand out against the original by making it its very opposite. The 1981 original by Grauzone is certainly melancholy and emotional, but it's also cold, chilly, & brittle and this actually manages to be warm, yet still emotional. Nouvelle Vague are quite simply the master interpreters of 1980's new wave.
