Now - BANKS WIN BIG TI ME because: 1. the card user is withdrawing TEN TIMES the amount he actually wanted to take out & 2. For each $/Unit withdrawn of credit the BANKS 'MAKE' it. x9 ! So you want to withdraw $10 you get $100 and the BANKS get $900. (just thought: maybe th BANK fraud just happens to be given to the withdrawer and we SEE the BANK money and get it - by Their mistake) haha ha
