Slavery was at one time constitutional, by his logic I and him should still be in chains because the early Quaker and Baptist abolitionist had no right to challenge the legal right of one man owning another.
Hey, you! Yeah you, the one knocking over the crosses, while in that university, how about studying the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and quit trying to be something you are not.
What a dumbass guard, too, though. He didn't even try to stop this Roderick fellow?? He just took down his info, followed him, and then walked past him??? WTF? He should at least get some kind of unversity reprimand or some shit. You can't just wantonly tear down a display from any side of the political aisle just b/c you disagree.
Look, I know from experience that it takes several hours to put up that "cemetery of innocents." I used to be prolife and in a campus group myself.
It's hard work. And for some jackass like this guy to come along and start tearing down is just insane. This whole liberal "You're not a woman, so you can't have an opinion" mantra from some prochoicers is just absurd! EVERYONE is allowed to have an opinion about anything! That's what makes this country great.
Roderick's just being a little fucking pissant pussy who's afraid of having his feelings hurt. So a few women who had abortions will see it. Look away if it offends you so much.
As a prochoicer, I know there are far more effective and logical arguments for it than simply "You're not a woman, so you can't challenge it." That's really what was behind Roderick's thinking. He claimed he was being constitutional, but I can tell the truth.
Man, if I would have found out about it in time, I would have headed down there with a couple friends and some push mowers. Now that would make a statement lol.
The first ammendment goes both ways Roderick! The first ammendment does not prohibit "offensive" speech, whether you care or not. Sane people realize it is NOT crazy to speak in defence of the innocent and it is NOT wrong to condemn murder whoever the victim! My beliefs are dragged through the mud every day but I'd still make sure the people who disagree with me have a right to free expression.
Whoever came up with and whoever clings to the notion that there is a right not to offended ought to be incessantly ridiculed for being the big babies that they are. It's just to be expected that whiners and pathetic babies like him tend to make up silly imaginary rights like the "right not to be offended," and "the right to choose."
Way to go Roderick, tear does his installation piece and not his argument like normal rational person!

There's a right to free speech. Nowhere in the First Amendment is there a right not to be offended.

What a bunch of intolerant jackasses! I'm prochoice, too, but this is beyond the pale. Freedom of speech, Roderick.

It's time to slit the throat of political correctness! She must die now! Let the whiners whine, and faint of heart faint!

Roderick is proclaiming the liberal gospel:
Thus sayeth my god
"Thou shalt not offend - for "feelings" are the highest good, thus any action is justified to protect them"
Its all in the name of "tolerance" mind you
