  • freakin nunchaku fighting

  • me encanta esta demostracion

  • Music: Tool - 10.000 Days

  • Han Moo Do is great martial art. It's fun and really good for fitness. And who knows.. maybe some day a random guy comes with a knife and you wont die ;)

  • Yeah!! Thats my hobby :)

  • i like han moo do. it's my boyfrineds hobby... what's this music?

  • Its pretty nice that this martial art is been created here in Finland (by Korean tho) but near my home village

  • this looks pretty bad ass, considering joining.

  • flying fins? this style can't be very effective considering it hasn't been around for more than 25 years. Give it more time I guess, ya?

  • @FATIGUEDOUT Try it and be surprised ;)

  • one of the most complete martial arts in the world ....it has kicks , self defence , weaponry , ground game , boxing , grappling and throws cant think of nuthing else ...bravo to the creaters of this good martial art

  • thinking of starting it but im guessing these guys had years of practise

  • I like the submissions, throws and weapon moves but the kicks are to high for my taste.

  • I fail to see the problem in that. If you can kick high, you can kick low as well. ;)

  • It kinda looks like Taekwondo (kicking techniques, roundhorse, backhook)

  • That is because it is Taekwondo but they allow the joint and grapple techniques. HanMoodo descended from Taekwondo. Look it up. We have many HanMoodo practitioners that come to our dojang.

  • Oh my god.. I would really like to learn Han Moo Do...

  • come finland :P han moo do really is great

  • As it is right now, I've started to attend to Bujinkan, a japanese martial arts which I really like :)

But Han Moo Do is something I would still wanna try sometime, if I could find something close to where I live here in Sweden

  • Or.. Wait! Do you HAVE to go to competitions and so on? A friend of mine stopped going to Judo because he had to go to competitions to get a higher rank..

  • In HanMooDo you don't have to go to competitions to get higher belt ranks, competitions are just for you can test your skills against a real component, improve your contact, have fun and ofc, "see who's the kickass" :D etc. I've been competiting in one competition where were many challengers from all over Finland. It was awsome. Too bad I had take a long break from HMD cause I moved to another town to study. Anyway, I heard there rly is HMD society(s) in Sweden. Hope so cause hmd kicks ass!

  • @Xaederaz so why dont you? (:

  • Can you tell me the name of this song and who it's by?

  • cool demo, i likt everything but the taekwondo aspect it leaves the head and torso to exposed to attack.

    i'll stick to my isshin-ryu/tai kickboxing/Grappling combination

  • I've been going through Han Moo Do training for a bit more than one year now, and so far I've been always taught that I'm supposed to keep up the protective stance so that my head wouldn't be exposed.

  • there is always a hard lesson learned when you leave your head exposed :P

  • waste of movement ...pls educate us, o master!

  • What the hell is this? Part of it looked like Jujutsu demonstrations, others like TKW matches, others like both.

    Anyway, very good demonstrators.
