@ar95civic1 it could be compressor surge When you let off the throttle all the pressure in the inlet side of the engine trys to escape (back through the turbo and out the air filter) but because the blades of the turbo are still spinning the air sort of gets chopped up which is what the noise is.

Search some videos of Colin on here then compare his driving(real flat out) to this "flat out" driving. See which is better and who the better driver really is. @airsoftkid824 that is the turbo "surging" because when he lets off the throttle and it closes the excess pressure bounces back into the compressor wheel and causes it to oscillate (changing speed rapidly back and forth) because his system doesn't have a blow off valve to release the built up pressure when the throttle shuts abruptly.

@TheSkipjack95 Well atleast most of europe they are not road legals. Yes you can drive on road with moving plates and they are for moving car from place a to b. But you can't register it for real license plates because simply there are too many parts changed. If you go and try to register blocks fiesta, they will say that it's not fiesta and that's it. Some Group N Mitsubishis and subarus cars are possible to register because they are so close to stock.
