Hi. I have a similar experience. I feel they attract homophobic managers. It's individuals that dont do too well at school or something. They get jobs in retail and it's B&Q they end up getting accepted for. If they work for B&Q then they are BLOKES and everything is fine. Except the whole place is dominated by BLOKES and its because of that, the place is uncomfortable to shop in and just nowhere you would visit unless you have to.
Jeez oh. What a blast from the past. What a good shop ruined by these B&Q warehouses! I remember a shop opening at 8am then was unheard of! Thanks for posting!

B&Q is a racist employer who also has a total disregard for the health and safety of its customers and staff.
