they really grew up and became an amazing emotional guitar band, that only get better, and oddly, harder with each album... most people get softer in their later albums....

what i dont understand is how someone could scream out, at a concert, "i wanna hear 70x7" at 24 instead of a song like...limousine... it has SO much more depth...

@wicryeker well just to speak for myself, i'd rather hear 70x7 because it means more to me than limousine. While limousine shows some more talent as far as songwriting and depth, songs off the first two albums were songs that defined an era of time for me, and an era of time for the band. Also, 70x7 is a really fun song

you know it sounds very complex, but if you really look at the notes, the right hand is pretty much octaves, and the right hand plays melody, only they add a few extra notes that arent really needed just to make it sound difficult to play. it really is a very pretty song, but they way you play it tricks the ear.
