if you watch very-very carefuly 00:19-00:21 you'll see how the coin, which is outside of the ballon, slips into his hand with a slight move. obiously, the "inner" coin was inside from the very beginning. i suppose the thing is in magnet

he palms the coin he shows you in his right hand. the coin that "goes through" the balloon is hiding behind his hand in the balloon. That coin is already in the balloon because you can stretch a balloon like latex over a coin so it looks like the coin is on the outside of the balloon even though its already in it.

you took a balloon and stretched it around a coin on the inside the took another coin placed it on the balloon palmed it away so you were left with the coin already on the inside and then just pushed.
