Big Warning! My opinion is - this firm operates extremely poor business practices. I've never experienced such ridiculous rental issues- which in my opinion are designed to extract extra money from customers (who might have limited time to argue before rushing to the airport to catch a plane out of Oz). Dont be fooled by false sales assurances. MY HONEST ADVICE IS DO NOT RENT YOUR CAMPER FROM THIS COMPANY! Backpackers complain to www_fairtrading_nsw_gov_au
