Anyone know if putting your stuff in ice water of freezing it would offset the nutrient loss from the blades going so fast?

It is better to use slow juicer than the centrifugal juicer. Slow juicer extracts more juice than the centrifugal juicer and also contains more nutrients than the centrifugal juicer. Spending little more money, and get a better benefit to you and the quality of juice.

@kuvings Considering I bought this a year ago as of yesterday, it still works like a charm. Though I've done tons of research since then and have found better alternatives, some people want to have a cheaper solution. I was fortunate enough to find this product for a reasonable price and it gets the job done. Of course we could spend the money to get something better, but at the time I wasn't able to do so.

The pulp that comes out is it dry?

@PorkChopMissPiggy From my experiences yes, but once you overflow the pulp portion of the machine it becomes harder for it to juice up. Because of this, the pulp then starts to get a little wet. I've never had complaints though. If you want a completely dry pulp then go with one of the $300+ juicers.

@SchlossyTV When I started using it (Dec.) that didn't happen but now I'm using the same amount of fruits/veg and that happens.  Could be that there's more pulp now and it's not juicing as well as before...not sure. Thinking about getting a healthmaster but reviews are pretty bad...thanks tho.

I also bought this exact juicer on amazon. I love it so far. Easy to clean. If I forget to clean it for a few days, it's still easy to clean. Love it!
