@eddiekoski Over a year. But I wasn't really trying to build it quickly. If you want to build it fast you can do buy some really hot stuff like 250,000+ su. Push yourself with it. Start by taking a lot of it the first time. and use it 3-4 times a week. All it comes down to is how often you use it and how much you eat. The more of both the faster your tolerance will go up.
