Take a look at the high speed films of the 2 platforms firing. The AR is far tighter. On a filthy battlefield where no cleaning is possible ever, then give me an AK. If I have a cleaning kit give me the AR, no question about it. When they change the AR round to the 6.8 SPC, it's even better.

NAVSOG - Naval Special Operations Group of the Philippine Navy. Also called SWAG (Special Warfare Group) or NSWG (Naval Special Warfare Group). We do not have a group in the Philippine Navy called SEAL but the NAVSOG functions like the SEAL. Same job different name.

nice weapon but the only problem on this weapon is during fully auto muzzle climb is happening thats why when the soldier is firing it on water, she has difficulty on controling the weapon. I like ferfrans soar rifle much more better, the best weapon ever made.

I know nothing about this weapon but i can tell you these guys are no joke. They routinely go through all different kinds of various SOCOM training courses and constantly OWN. Wouldn't wanna mess with a Philippine NAVSOG operator. Ask anyone in SOCOM that have trained with them and they will say the same thing.

Philippines NAVSOG (Naval Special Operations Group) or the Philippine Navy SEALs. These guys were trained by US Navy SEALs. Their base is in Sangley Point, Cavite. If you guys were lucky enough, you would've seen a group of SEALs graduate hell week last month by swimming from Sangley to the Navy base in Manila.

The PVAR has proven to be parallel to the HK 416 that can fire after it has been exposed to dirt, mud and water. Unlike other rifles it doesn't 'explode' once fired underwater. WHOAAAAAAAA !!!!

@SuperLonerunner no offense intended, but comparing the United Defense PVAR system to the Heckler and Koch hk416 is like comparing the Philippine SOG group to our US UDT or SEALS team. The 5.56 nato round is still a piece of shit and the piston driven auto loader has been around since WW2. Stoner intended the rifle to be piston driven the entire time. I have never found a reason to fire underwater but have had my weapon get muddy and wet. The entire platform sucks and always will. Hooah!

Even in the U.S. Army, some female soldiers are allowed to wear the 75th Ranger Regiment patch, but of course they're not exactly in infantry.
