The studio killed Judy Garland! That makes me sad, she was such a fantastic performer, and she had a lot of life left in her.

What is sad she aged tremendously due to the drugs and the depression she had. So very sad. What is incredible and if you check this out most Talented People do pass on their talent to their children She did for Liza. Don't know too much about the talent of the other kids.

Unfortunately she wasn,t the perfect mother because of her addiction problems which stemmed from the fact that she was badly treated by her own mother and the movie people wanted to lose weight.(She took amphetamines to lose weight)

Yes she does seem to have been very affectionate and I have watched on youtube excerpts from Tv programs with one of her children,Lorna Luft explaining her problems and both the positive and negative parts of their mother.

That horrible addiction problem was a major bane in her life in general and things were a bit difficult for her kids growing up,unfortunately but they were loved.
