@LeSedici People have used cheap imitations of Flowmasters available at auto parts stores to get that result. Not sure which one would be exactly what you are looking for. Might want to try asking or searching on crownvic.net. And yeah, these things sound great with some Flowmaster Delta 40's.
@bmitch210 Maybe you never pushed it hard enough, or your tires were too grippy. I had a 2000 P71 and boy did I destroy the Goodyear RSA's that thing came with. Doughnuts, burnouts, I did it all.

@bmitch210 Another two possibilities are that you either had traction control, or you gave it to much brake when attempting to do a burnout. Burnouts require very little brake and lots of gas, you should be crawling a bit, and you'll hear the tires spinning before the smoke starts coming out. Also, I have now done some delicious 20+ feet burnouts with the new General Exclaim UHP's. They smoked up nicely and left some pretty nice long marks on the road. Well, good luck.

Cheap cars, and super reliable. I say do it. I got mine for $4k last February. It was a 2000 P71 with 54k miles and in great condition. I've put over 20k miles on it so far with no problems.

I don't hate vics, I equally dislike Fords. I guess that includes vics. I am a Chevy guy. I know some may bash me or Chevys, and that's cool. Fact is, I've never been left stranded while driving any of my Chevys over the years. My ex-wife on the other hand can't say the same about her Ford we used to own while still married.
That's cool man. To each his own. I've never owned GM. But my Ford's have been reliable as heck. My 2000 P71 has 75k miles with no problems and my '97 Explorer has 137k miles with also no problems. My dad's had a couple of GMs. He had a '79 Grand Prix back in the early to mid '90s and an '88 Olds Delta 88 Royale back in the mid to late '90s. Both were pretty good cars for what he paid which was about $500-$1000.

The P71 Crown Victoria shown in this video makes 250 HP not 200. Its capable of running a 14.8 on the 1/4 mile and infinitely holding a sustained speed of over 140 mph. It may be big but that's because its built like a tank and was designed to jump curbs, ram, slam and destroy shit boxes such as your vehicle with minimal damage. Your youtube shit talking may help you compensate for your small dick but I think you would find owning a Crown Victoria more satisfying.

260lbft and will run at 150+mph as long as you have gas. While carrying 6 people and trunk load of luggage, its all about practicality and frankly the Integra doesnt have it, thats why the vic has been around for 60 years. HP is how rich kids compare dick sizes, Torque is how you win races.
Actually like 50-80 more hp (depending on the year) and about 2x as much torque. And it does so at about half the rpm. I know my math but you should learn to do good research. And the power to weight ratio was compared to the Mustang. The new ones get a power to weight ratio of about 11 and the '03-'04 Cobras (which can be found cheaper) get a power to weight ratio of about 9.4. And the new Super Snake package from Shelby gives you a power to weight ratio of about 5.5.
The difference in those of us who own the Vic and cops?

check my video for a stock stang GT losing to an integra with only intake/exhaust. I've driven a few stangs, I have to say their bark is worse than their bite. awesome for burnouts and cool exhaust sounds, horrible handling, braking and slightly above average acceleration. but I'd rather have a stang anyday over these cop car driving-grandma wannabe-marquis "racers" lol come on dude

Hey, it's cool if you like imports and whatever. To each his own. I personally think Integras are gay. The GS-R made 170 hp and 130 ft-lb. stock and weighed 2765 lbs. Which gives a you a shit ass power to weight ratio of about 14.1. Then to make it a nice fast car it takes a hell of alot of modding and money. And as for the video. Mustangs breaking into the 10s, 9s, 8s, and 7s than there are Integras. Plus you always get that annoying as exhaust note and its fwd so you can't show off or do anything fun. And as for the, "cop car driving-grandma wannabe-marquis "racers" " these guys are just having fun, you dick. For $4k I bought one of these cars in near perfect condition with only 57k miles, and I could light up the wheels whenever I desire and (in it's stock condition) can smoke a shitload of cars out there.

I never compared the Integra to the Crown Vic. Crown Vic is crap for racing. I've known that since day 1. The P71 Crown Victoria shown in this video makes 250 HP not 200. Its capable of running a 14.8 on the 1/4 mile and infinitely holding a sustained speed of over 140 mph. It may be big but that's because its built like a tank and was designed to jump curbs, ram, slam and destroy shit boxes such as your vehicle with minimal damage. Your youtube shit talking may help you compensate for your small dick but I think you would find owning a Crown Victoria more satisfying.

Well, fuck you. I get a decent gas economy, get to smoke ricers, do burnouts and such, can make it past 100 in a second, have an incredible reliable ride and I'm safe as heck. All for under $4k. 260lbft and will run at 150+mph as long as you have gas. While carrying 6 people and trunk load of luggage, its all about practicality and frankly the Integra doesnt have it, thats why the vic has been around for 60 years. HP is how rich kids compare dick sizes, Torque is how you win races.

Your info is wrong 1998-2002 Police Interceptors get 215 hp 285 lb-ft. and 2001-2003 get 235 hp and 04+ get 250 hp.

Most people divide the weight by the power. That way you get whole numbers which are better for comparison. The smaller the number the better.

Actually like 50-80 more hp (depending on the year) and about 2x as much torque. And it does so at about half the rpm. I know my math but you should learn to do good research. And the power to weight ratio was compared to the Mustang. The new ones get a power to weight ratio of about 11 and the '03-'04 Cobras (which can be found cheaper) get a power to weight ratio of about 9.4. And the new Super Snake package from Shelby gives you a power to weight ratio of about 5.5.
