It isn't a private server. Jagex multiplied the hits and your hitpoints by 10 so a 67 hit today would be equal to a 6,7 (rounded to 6 or 7) a few years ago. They also changed the name Hitpoints to Constitution, so before saying it is a private server please learn how the game work today. "derp.."
