I really love that old Studio Line advert. It's a classic, and why don't they make products that advertise that much hold anymore? As for Del Monte, I still haven't seen my fave "Del Monte man" advert, the one that begins with the lightning strike and the trees that rapidly bloom and blossom into peach trees before the man takes a sample of one of them. That one makes my jaw drop. But this selection was good to see overall. Still fabulously '80s, which is what I like.

Things like the L'Oreal Studio Line ad somehow seem less than 21 years ago ... whereas an awful lot of 1981 ads seem more than 26 years ago.
